Shipping policy

Processing time:
All orders are handcrafted in small batches and will be processed and shipped within 7 business days of purchase.

Shipping carrier:
We ship via USPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delivery times:
Delivery times vary by location. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days of shipment. Please note that once your order is in the hands of USPS, Lindsey Snow Studio is not responsible for carrier delays.

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

Damaged orders:
If your order arrives damaged please contact us at lindseysnowstudio@gmail.com with a photo and we will work with you to resolve it promptly.
