Refund policy

At Lindsey Snow Studio, your satisfaction means everything to us. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches and applied to the skin, we handle all refund and return requests on a case by case basis.

If you are unhappy with your product or experience an unwanted reaction, please reach out to us directly at lindseysnowstudio@gmail.com. We will always do our best to make it right. Refunds are issued at our discretion and do not require the return of the product.

We do not accept returns on opened products as a general policy, however we never want you to feel stuck with something that isn't working for you. When in doubt, just reach out.

We recommend a patch test before first use. Apply a small amount to the inner wrist and wait 24 hours before full use.
